A. Please advise us as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you. We understand that changes may happen during the moving process, however a prompt notice of such changes can avoid scheduling conflicts and/or additional charges. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details. 

Q? Will my furniture and household remain clean?

A. Absolutely! We take great pride in the cleanliness of our team and ensure that your household and items remains in good condition. From thorough wrapping techniques, dust free trucks and the constant use of packing materials, cleanliness is one of our main priority.

Q? Am I protected against loss or damage while my items are in transit? 

A. Yes! We are fully insured so you can rest assure your belongings are safe with us. Each piece will be carefully inspected prior to and after each move. Reference our terms and agreement for further details. 

Q? Do I need an estimate? 

A. Yes. Q? When should I inquire on moving services? How much advance notice do you need when booking your moving day?

A. Inquiring on your moving services should be done as soon as you made the decision to move. By doing so, you can ask questions on steps to take before and after moving day. A minimum of 48 hours is needed to carefully plan your transition with us ensuring all details are documented and any concerns you may have are clarified.
