With that being said, here are 4 things TRM INC. WON’T do as a company.

This is one of the main problems we came across speaking to our researched consumers. Other moving companies will sell an unrealistic price to the customer, leaving out additional fees that they will require to complete the project. By doing this their clients receives moving day surprises that creates a very hostile environment. #TRMWONTDOTHAT

The horrors of this is too much to bare, just the thought alone of some of these companies transporting your Mattresses, Sofas, Glass items without any form of protection is scarier than the new Stephen King flick. #TRMWONTDOTHAT

Imagine someone loading your belongings into a cargo van (i.e. clothes, linens, mattresses, sofas) at the same time smoking a cigarette. The hazards that can manifest from such careless behaviour is very unsettling. Not to mention the after smell residue that is left behind on your belongings. Now granted, everyone is entitled to their own habits however respect your client space by taking that gesture elsewhere. #TRMWONTDOTHAT

This is by far the most common complaint we encountered while doing our research. Some companies will book a moving date with their clients and for whatever reason don’t show up to complete the move. The ripple effect of this can be very overwhelming for the consumer, when you book a move date you rely on the company you choose to honour their commitment on that day. Rest assured #TRMWONTDOTHAT
